Partner Program Terms

These terms apply to anyone approved as a DEVIA partner. They add to the general Terms of Service. Questions: commercial@deviabtp.app.

1. Joining

You apply through the Partners page. We review every application by hand and may accept or decline it at our discretion. Once approved, you receive a personal referral link.

2. What you earn

  • 25% of every subscription invoice actually paid by a contractor who signed up through your link.
  • For 12 months from that contractor's first paid invoice.
  • Commission is calculated on the amount paid, excluding taxes. One-time services (setup, launch) and free months earn no commission.
  • Nothing is earned on sign-ups, trials or unpaid invoices. No payment, no commission.

3. When you get paid

  • Monthly: commissions earned in a month are paid by the 15th of the following month.
  • Minimum payout is $50. Smaller balances roll over to the next month.
  • Paid by bank transfer (US ACH) or PayPal to the details you provide. You are responsible for your own taxes; we may request a W-9 (US) or W-8 (non-US) before paying.

4. Refunds and chargebacks

If a referred contractor is refunded or files a chargeback, the matching commission is cancelled. If it was already paid, it is deducted from your next payout.

5. Rules

  • No self-referrals: you cannot earn on your own account or accounts you control.
  • No bidding on "DEVIA" or "Devia" (or misspellings) in Google Ads, Bing Ads or other paid search.
  • No spam, fake reviews, or promises DEVIA does not make (for example guaranteed revenue).
  • Describe DEVIA honestly. Referred contractors get their first paid month free; do not offer other discounts on our behalf.

Breaking these rules lets us cancel unpaid commissions and close your partner account.

6. Ending the program

Either side may end the partnership with 30 days' written notice by e-mail. Commissions earned on invoices paid before the end date are still paid. We may change these terms with 30 days' notice; continuing after that means you accept the change.

7. Relationship

You are an independent partner, not an employee or agent of DEVIA, and cannot sign contracts on our behalf.
