What we collect

• Account data: email, company name, contact details.
• Content you enter: estimates, invoices, customers, jobs, photos and documents.
• Signature evidence: timestamp, IP address and document fingerprint when a customer signs.
• Usage data needed to run and improve the service.

How we use it

Only to provide DEVIA: generating documents, sending emails you request (estimates, follow-ups, invoices), billing and support. We do not sell your data or your customers' data.

Service providers

We rely on hosting, database, email delivery, payment (Stripe) and AI processing providers that process data on our behalf.

Your choices

You can export or delete your data from your account, or write to contact@deviabtp.app. Depending on your state (for example California), you may have additional rights to access, correct or delete personal information.

Security

Each company's data is isolated and access-controlled. Connections are encrypted.
