The service

DEVIA is an online workspace that helps contractors create estimates, collect electronic signatures, send follow-ups, issue invoices and track jobs. Contact: contact@deviabtp.app.

Your account

You are responsible for your login credentials and for all activity on your account. You must provide accurate company information.

Plans and billing

• The Flex plan includes 2 free estimates per month; additional estimates can be purchased individually.
• Paid plans are billed in USD, monthly or annually, in advance, through Stripe. Applicable taxes are shown before payment.
• You can cancel at any time from your Subscription page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period; no prorated refunds unless required by law or stated in a specific offer.

Your content

Estimates, invoices, customer data, photos and documents you create remain yours. You can export them at any time. You grant DEVIA only the rights needed to host and process them to provide the service.

Your responsibilities

DEVIA is a tool. You remain solely responsible for the prices, taxes, licenses, warranties, and legal terms on the estimates and invoices you send, and for complying with the laws of your state.

Availability and liability

We work to keep DEVIA available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. To the extent permitted by law, DEVIA's total liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the 12 months before the claim. AI suggestions are drafts that you must review before sending.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email before they take effect.
